We are always happy to assist you with changing out your jewelry! We typically cannot use jewelry that comes from outside of the studio, unless it is a high quality, implant grade piece that we can verify is APP compliant. (Visit our FAQ for more info about what qualifies jewelry to be APP compliant) We are also happy to teach you how to change your jewelry yourself, once fully healed, and provide you with the tools necessary to do so, for a small fee. ❤ If you choose to purchase jewelry from our studio, we will happily waive the service fee to change it. ❤ If you are bringing your own jewelry from our studio, or another reputable studio, there will be a $10 service fee applied for the change. (This fee helps cover our aseptic set up, gloves & any tools we may use) We use only APP Verified implant grade titanium, niobium, and/or solid 14k gold jewelry that comes with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing. (Loss is not covered) PLEASE NOTE: Price of jewelry varies depending on what you choose, & will be verified prior to your jewelry change. Booking & Cancellation Policy
As our studio operates with limited staff, please let us know if you need to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to do so up to 1 hour before your appointment. Frequent no-calls, no-shows, or cancelations without appropriate reasoning may result in loss of service provided to said client. Please be mindful when booking appointments, as this appointment time could be used by someone else. We appreciate your understanding in this matter!
