We are very proud to say we specialize in Children's Earlobe Piercings! Our Piercer has a diploma as an Assaulted Women & Children's Counsellor & Advocate (AWCCA) & takes extra special care to ensure the piercing process is a fun, consensual one. To ensure everyone is understanding of the piercing process, and capable of sitting for the procedure, we do a quick 15 minute consultation prior to the piercing itself. At the piercers' discretion, we will then proceed with the piercing(s) after. These piercings are typically performed with studs with extra room for swelling, initially, for healing purposes. Good to know: These piercings are performed one at a time. We have a 3 strikes rule, if the Piercee cannot sit well for the second piercing, we will have to reschedule to another day. We require a piece of government issued ID for both parent/guardian and the child being pierced (passport, birth certificate, or care card) Please note: only a legal parent or guardian with the appropriate paperwork may sign for a minor child being pierced. If this documentation is not present at the time of the piercing, we will need to reschedule the appointment. Healing typically takes between 4-6 months, and can vary from person to person. ❤︎⁠ No submerging the piercings in bodies of water for at least 8 weeks after the piercing. ❤︎⁠ We suggest waiting until fully healed (5-6 months) before changing the jewelry style to costume or lower quality jewelry. (Listen to your body, if it hurts, don't do it!) ❤︎⁠ Do not remove the jewelry for any period of time for at least 1 year - If you remove the jewelry & are unable to reinsert it yourself, bring your original jewelry back to us in a plastic bag & we can assist. ❤︎⁠ Checkup and/or downsizing extra length of the initial jewelry is recommended around 6-8 weeks ❤︎⁠ Checkups on piercings performed by our studio are always free ❤︎⁠ The cost of downsizing is free, with the purchase of jewelry ($20 per post) - see your aftercare brochure for a discount on your first downsize! We use only APP Verified implant grade titanium, niobium, and/or solid 14k gold jewelry that comes with a lifetime warranty on manufacturing. (Loss is not covered) PLEASE NOTE: The listed service price does NOT include jewelry. Basic titanium jewelry for this piercing starts at $50 per piece & goes up from there. Price of jewelry varies depending on what you choose, & will be verified prior to your piercing.
