ASTMF-136 Implant Grade Titanium Threaded Flower Ends from the makers at Anatometal are a great option for those who would like a larger low profile piece without sacrificing shine. These pieces feature seven gem cut cubic zirconas, nestled in a high-polish metal prongs shaped like a flower. These pieces can be worn in a variety of placements such as surface anchors, floating navels, lips, philtrum, conch, helix, etc.

These pieces can be anodized to any of the listed voltages.
