Fused Fine Jewelry
Our studio is excited to introduce fused fine jewelry! We use the latest micro-welding technology from Sunstone to quickly and safely form a permanent bond on your chosen jewelry (anklet, necklace, or bracelet) to remove the inconvenience of having to take on and off jewelry every morning or evening.
How it works:
1. Choose where you want to wear your fused jewelry (anklet, necklace, bracelet)
2. Choose your material (solid 14k gold or titanium)
2. Choose your style of chain (cable, rolo, flat heart, flat dapped sunburst, figaro)
3. Choose your fit (snug or loose - priced per inch)
4. Allow us to weld your chain together & you are good to go!

How Do You Weld It Together? Will it Hurt?
We proudly use Sunstone Orion's mPulse Arc Micro TIG welder to fuse our fine jewelry.
This is a safe method of micro TIG welding that allows us to fuse together fine jewelry in a flash! (Literally) It uses a tiny, sharp tungsten electrode to send highly controlled, short, electrical pulses through the tip, directly to the metal you are
welding together.
Because the weld is concentrated on such a small area, the actual process is super quick, precise,
and happens within a fraction of a second.
You don't have to worry about the jewelry itself heating up at all, although there will be a small leather shield between your skin & the jewelry as a protection measure.
How Much Does it Cost?
There is a $40 welding fee associated with welding your choice of chain.
The cost of the chain itself varies depending on the length you choose (measured by the inch), the material, and the style of your chain of choice.
You can choose from a variety of solid 14k yellow gold chain, or implant grade titanium.
For an extra $10, you can anodize your titanium chain to a wide variety of colours!
